Course Syllabus

Module 1 - Know Thyself

  • Understand mediumship, channeling, psychic gifts and communication strategies. Get context for your experiences and possibilities. 
  • Develop a deep and functional relationship with your higher self, enhancing discernment.
  • Learn and practice the core components of effective channeling.
  • Learn grounding and cultivating energy to maintain stability in higher level works. 
  • Confront judgment, fear, comparison, and doubt.
  • Build heightened awareness and intuitive ability. 
  • Receive tools to develop a healthy emotional and mental platform required to step into these abilities fully.

Module 2 - Becoming the Channel

  • Learn to regulate your channel: opening, closing, and stabilizing.
  • How to shift your vibration to connect with higher level beings.
  • Heal yourself through your channeling and practices. 
  • Understand and work with the anatomy of the channel: psychic centers and fields.
  • Navigate the unseen realms with greater safety, protection, and confidence. 
  • Develop the core of light. 

Module 3 - Mastering the Channel

  • Cultivate boundaries and sovereignty at a deep, felt level.
  • Learn how to remain protected and safe while developing a system of discernment for the highest good.

I heard the message, “You are a healer.” How was this possible when I felt broken in many ways? I chose to listen and follow the little inner voice, and it spurred me forward on my path. FAQS

Will I receive personal support?

Yes. Once you are in a container with me, you can rest assured that I am holding you through this process. I can't force you to show up and share, though. It is up to you to ask questions, share your truth, and request support if needed. On our Sunday live calls, you can ask anything you want. In the online group, you can post as much as you like, and I will always personally answer.
You can also purchase additional private sessions with me at a discount. 

Is this just for practitioners or for those wanting to be practitioners? (what if I'm not ready yet?)

What you learn here is to be used directly in your personal practice. Through this self-work, you discover what works for you and what resonates, and I help you translate that into your work with others. 

 

If you are just starting out, this education will support your life as you develop energetic mastery and new tools. You will be positioned in a powerful way no matter what modalities you study or create. 

 

What if I can't make a call?

Try to make the live calls, but if you can't, feel free to email a question to be answered on the call. All are recorded and posted in the portal (24-48 hours)

I am experiencing a spiritual, Shamanic, mediumship awakening. Is this safe space for me?

Yes! I totally get it and can give you support in navigating your experience. (it's kind of my specialty) :)

I am concerned about my experience level.

We are all at different places on the journey. We are here to develop and grow together and to meet each other where we are. I've been running courses and communities for years and know this will be a supportive container. I will meet you where you are and give you the tools to expand sustainably. I love hearing exactly where you are and what you are working on and being able to be prescriptive in practices and development focuses. 

What is the format of the course and calls?

You will join a 8-week container. There are 4 modules. A new one is released every 2 weeks. We also meet 8 times on Zoom. These are on Thursdays and Sundays. All are recorded. See dates and times on the syllabus. 

Thursday's calls are focused on meditation and practice. 1 hour

Sunday's calls are structured: additional teaching, discussion, coaching, and practice if time permits. 2 hours

Each module includes teaching videos, meditations, and energetic practices. 

You will also receive a comprehensive workbook for reflection and writings from The Healer's Process Book out soon!
 

What about integration?

We are happy to support you through your integration process and once you have worked with me, I encourage you to reach out any time. 

I am going through a lot right now and I am concerned about things coming up. Will I be ok in this container?

We all have times when we are going into deep grief or managing a life transition. Sometime in the middle of a course. I've got you. 

Is this an inclusive space?

Yes! I am here to collaborate with you and create a container that allows for healing and expression. I stand for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ people. We are collectively making the world a better place, which means standing up for social justice issues and creating new possibilities for all. I actively seek to deconstruct my social conditioning and privilege and educate myself.

 

I also understand that this path may include chronic or acute health or other issues. I am here to help you navigate through your own process with modifications or other support.

 

I care deeply about ethical practice, being trauma-informed, and experienced in working with diverse communities. My 'door' is always open to my students and clients. If you ever have an issue in one of my containers, I encourage you to speak to me right away. We are all learning and growing together. I may not be aware of your experience or needs.
